Spectacular Picture of a Montana Forest Fires

This is an amazing photo of the Montana fires. There is an aspect of true art in the natural tragedy of a forest fire.

John McColgan a fire behaviour analyst based in Fairbanks Alaska.  John took the photo while working in the Bitterroot National Forest of Montana on August 6, 2000. He took it with a Digital camera. However, as he was working while he took the picture, and since he did not own the camera, he cannot sell or profit from the picture.  Will and Guy would at least like to recognize John's photo as a once in a lifetime shot.
