Here is 'Blackie', Will and Guy's entry for the World's smartest dog contest.  Every year the World's smartest dog contest is held in Southsea near Portsmouth.  The contest is open to all dogs and is held each year on the first Saturday in November.

Here is the problem - Tennis ball in the swimming pool.
